This booking is for a per hour service of personal training.
I am currently available most Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
The normal time is from 08h00 to 16h30 , or what suits you best as client.
My duties include:
- Assisting on weight loss programs.
- Providing expert advice on training and excersice both individually and in groups.
- Assist with draughting of personalized meal plans.
- Providing advice on all sport equipment and supplements.
- Fitness and group excercise instructing.
- Conducting fitness classes, spinning classes.
- Conducting personal training classes.
- Attention to detail.
